Saima Nghihalwa

Saima Nghihalwa holds a Baccalaureus Juris (Bjuris), a Bachelors of Law (Honours) degree from the University of Namibia, and a Masters in Law degree from the University of Cape Town. She is a part-time lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Namibia and an admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia.

She was one of the founding members of the Editorial Board of the University of Namibia Law Review since its inception in 2012, and has served as an editor of the Review until the completion of her studies in 2013. Saima also serves on the University of Namibia Disciplinary Committee. She is passionate about youth development and women empowerment.
