Olivia Haludilu

Olivia Ndapandula Haludilu holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Regent Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Namibia (UNAM). She has more than 10 years’ working experience in the fields of business administration and Human Resources Management. Upon successfully competing in UNESCO’s Young Professional Program (YPP) in 2016, she was appointed as an International Civil Servant based in Paris, France. Prior to that, she held the position of Manager Administration and Human Resources of the Namibia Nature Foundation, from 2015 – 2016. She also worked for UNAM from 2009 – 2015, with growing responsibilities from Student Support Officer to Campus Administrator.

She is passionate about Education and as part of her community work, she served as a Member of the Oshana Region Education Forum from 2010- 2015 and as Secretary for Social Welfare of the Namibian National Student Organization (NANSO) from 2008 – 2011. While at UNAM, she held several leadership positions such as Student Representative Council (SRC) Vice President in 2007, Speaker of the Student Parliament in 2006 and Faculty Representative, Faculty of Economics & Management Sciences in 2005.
